CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and I truly value the time dedicated to your experience at Carley Ray Collective. As a courtesy to both my guests and my business, 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service total. Appointments missed without notice may be subject to a 30% service charge. I understand that unexpected circumstances happen, and each situation will be considered with care and discretion.
